Rupesh Jaju is Partner and Principal Consultant at EuroShield, leading the firm’s OT Security, Embedded Security, Industrial AI, and Contracts Management practices. Formerly Head of Industrial Cybersecurity for Siemens Smart Infrastructure (EMEA) and a member of the Siemens AG Products & Solution Security Board, he brings two decades of engineering and commercial leadership across regulated industrial infrastructure and major capex programmes in Europe, the GCC, and India.
Sudesh Pathre
Sudesh Pathre is Principal Consultant at EuroShield, leading the firm’s EPC Engineering practice. With 33 years of operations and commissioning leadership across FPSOs, MOPUs, gas plants, and refineries — including ONGC’s first FPSO and greenfield commissioning programmes with Petrofac, Bumi Armada, Shell, and Petroleum Development Oman, he brings deep field execution credibility to EuroShield’s owner’s-engineering and capex-advisory mandates across the GCC, West Africa, and Asia
Vinod Sonawane
Vinod Sonawane is Engineering Director at EuroShield, leading the Mechanical and Static Equipment discipline within the EPC Engineering practice from Dubai. With 22 years of detail-engineering authority across Técnicas Reunidas, Technip, Samsung Engineering, Atkins (SNC-Lavalin), and operator-side work at KNPC, he is a Saudi Aramco-approved Lead Static Engineer with code authority across ASME, API, EN, and Shell DEPs — and current oversight of the OKWOK FPSO conversion.
Sakshi Kapadnis
Sakshi Kapadnis is a Security Practitioner at EuroShield, supporting IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and regulatory mandates from Mumbai. She has worked with KPMG India and CyRAACS across information security governance and regulatory compliance. An ISO 27001:2022 Certified Lead Auditor, she has experience working with frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022, RBI IT GRC, and RBI ITOS, including reviewing regulatory advisories issued by the Reserve Bank of India. Her work focuses on gap analysis, risk assessments, governance support, and compliance evaluations to help organizations strengthen their security and regulatory posture.
Apurva Bhamre
Apurva Bhamre is a data analyst with a background in Quality Assurance and a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, skilled in data interpretation, reporting, process improvement, testing methodologies, and problem-solving. Experienced in identifying system issues, analyzing datasets, ensuring quality standards, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Passionate about cybersecurity, technology solutions, and analytics with a strong ability to adapt to fast-paced technical environments.
